In the tradition of the previous Incognito, this round will be started quickly. Cops, sign up. Five cops, two black marks each. And a victim marked out for Thursday.
As much as it pains me to give clues, it’s also entertaining to watch the cops blundering through their efforts to uncover me. And I’ll tell you that I don’t have a victim chosen.
My victim will be the one who is here the closest to (E)lite Zulu Time. Tomorrow. Wait, and make a guess. |

I googled Zulu time, and here’s what came up.
