We never have the same meal every Christmas. Sorry I can’t be much of a help, Gil-estel.... |
My Trading List
Popcorn is not gooey like fat, and also not crunchy like potato chips, but crispy like lettuce which makes it a healthy snack. |

Cherry Cheesecake or cheesecake with strawberries on top . I’ just love cheesecake. I also like a good keylime pie, but sure that isn’t a very popular desert.
How about a Tomato Pie.
1 (9 inch) pie shell
7 ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 yellow onion
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
ground black pepper to taste
2 teaspoons fresh basil
2 teaspoons fresh oregano
Actually taste good but of course must like a tomato |

Wow, NK, that sounds delicious actually! I might try that as a regular meal, looks tasty.
And I agree, strawberry cheesecake is one of the best deserts there is. That, and lemon meringue pie. Great, now I’m really hungry. |
