For those who didn’t already get an e-mail from me....
It appears that CobraCards is now suddenly blocked at my place of work. (It was working earlier today--I was even able to make a post--but no longer.) That means I won’t be on during my normal daytime hours anymore, and the ONLY times I can be on is the evenings and weekends...when, as many of you know, I’m usually busy.
So, I guess that unless the site magically becomes unblocked, or I switch to a different job (which may happen, actually...I had an interview with a different agency last week), I’m going to be around much less than I’m used to, and at completely different times.
Yeah. This sucks.
Blast. This REALLY sucks. Now what am I going to do with time I have to kill during the day?
Well, I will have to evaluate how this will affect my DC postings and all. I don’t plan to just stop them, but this will almost certainly slow things down. On the plus side, my master’s degree will be done at the end of June, so more evening time should open up after that...but still. Almost ALL my posts have been during the daytime to this point. No longer, I guess. |
Best regards, Dáin, Vice Aftokrator of the Chosen Ones
Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!
Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North! |

Spammers really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month. And yet, after a hundred years, they can still surprise you. |

DI: See if any proxy services will let you get through. I could PM you an example if you need it. If they did their job right, they should have covered that option, but maybe... just maybe...
Of course, maybe the fact that it’s been blocked is a subtle hint that they want you to be more productive? |
Check out the LoTR TCG Database! My goal is to create a central resource for all kinds of LotR TCG Information. You can have card titles in your posts AutoLink to the card pictures. |

| Threaten your boss. That should do the trick. |
Riddle 9
When I came to Abraham I let him live just a moment longer. When I came to Moses I saved his life more than once. But the salmon... I regret to say I had a hand in its death.
