What is this decks strategy?

The title of the post is "fighting hobbits." I believe the strategy of the deck is to have Hobbits that can fight.

What you could do is change to Sam, Son of Hamfast as he's unbound

Per the CRD all copies of Frodo and Sam are Ring-Bound.

I am a little disappointed that, until Yanko's post, no one seemed to provide any relevant thoughts or feedback to jdizzy. The deck was posted in the Movie Block section (leoluka) and nowhere does jdizzy suggest that he is going to pursue any other format (itjunkie).

@jdizzy:
Personally, I don't think you should splash [Gondor]. If you are going to splash anything, have [Gandalf] support to get rid of those nasty conditions or artifacts that could plague your guys. Sure you lose out on Dagger Strike, but that card is worthless anyways if you don't have a Hand Weapon and can be a considerable clog. I would far rather see Hobbit Intuition which is a straight +3 pump in Movie Block.

With the four spots that currently contain Aragorn and Anduril, you could splash one Legolas, Greenleaf, one Aragorn, Ranger of the North, and a pair of Bilbo, Well-Spoken Gentlehobbit. At least he can help you with the conditions a little bit.
