Notes: Like other similar cards, this card's game text should say "Ent or unbound Hobbit. " For each Ent or each unbound Hobbit, the twilight cost is -1.

That means for each Ent it is -1 and for each Hobbit it is -1. The current phrasing suggests that you need to get an Ent and an unbound Hobbit to achieve the -1 twilight cost.

It is rather common to start with Merry, In the Bloom of Health, Pippin, in the Bloom of Health, Farmer Maggot, Hobbit of the Marish, Quickbeam, Bregalad, Skinbark, Fladrif, Ent Horde, and Host of Fangorn all in the same starting Fellowship in expanded.
