LoveMeAndDespair--

That deck seems quite large for Elven Telepathy. I think one copy of Legolas, Fearless Marksman to start with Glorfindel might be a better call, and Arwen, Queen of Men and Elves is great with all of the Elven Bows you have.

Into the West couples nicely with Legolas, Fearless Marksman, and all of your pumps should be replaced with four copies of Still Needed. That works with Elrond, Venerable Lord quite nicely.

Are four copies of Elf-Song necessary? Two might be acceptable, but why not cut all four and just run a copy of Sam, Son of Hamfast in a pinch?

Two Hosts of the Last Alliance are probably enough.

Company of Archers would probably be your best option for condition discarding. That will prevent the exertion or twilight addition. Finally, the One Ring, the Binding Ring can grab Nenya, Ring of Adamant for you.
