I have a question about the definition of a "Bomb" deck.

You didn't ask a question. In fact, it looks like you just copied the Wikipedia entry under the Lord of the Rings Trading Card Game wiki to your post.

Edit: Oh, I understand now. Yeah, Sharkey, your post up top is incorrect. A Bomb Shadow would play a bunch of strength 7-9 minions and knock out the weak guys. Great example would be Uruk Regular and his friends. At the end you are stuck with one or two companions, which the remaining Uruks can take out.
