Why such haste to make so many decisions?

...someone might have to front the initial bill. (I paid for more than half the server's first year out of pocket, the rest was donated.)

I hope you guys are prepared for the amount of work involved.

Thanks for the heads up. It is good to hear these things from someone with the experience instead of my realistic pessimism!
