Let's talk about White Hot Fury.

So if you need a mount to make the companion strength +1 for each companion with a mount, I get that. But if you are skirmishing a minion, where does the 'also, if you are skirmishing a minion' part come into play?

I read that as, 'if you are not bearing a mount, you are strength +0. Also, if you are skirmishing a , you are strength +2.'

Thoughts?
