Yeah, you're right about a lot here. There's also a fair amount of difference between the communities of people who play Fellowship or Movie or Expanded, so I don't have nearly as much insight. Elves were definitely hit hard up front (a good thing, I say), the
Slaked Thirsts ban should discourage your typical
Durin III choke and maybe that's all Dwarves needed. I don't suppose I know enough about Hobbits or Gondor to say much more. I mean, the
No Visitors +
Daddy Twofoot loop is usually thwarted by
Cavern Entrance, right? I'dve thought the same goes for most every Hobbit trick deck.
I disagree on
Blood Runs Chill, but I do say that as an outsider. It costs exerts, yes, but a Gimli RB will usually have 2 vitality to spare and Damage +5 or more, right? Seems to me a relatively easy way to clear the support area. As for Shelob winning at site 2 or 3... If you drop 12 twilight at site 2 with just two or 3 companions, there are a lot of ways for you to lose. Isn't that the sole purpose of
Uruk Rogue?
Dark Horseman makes sense, but Shelob still sounds heavy-handed to me.
