Okay, he's been sticking around frequently enough for my liking, and bib has popped on the radar only once in the last couple months....

Any objections to demoting bib and promoting AP? I was thinking Bag End and the Esgaroth Marketplace would be good places for him.

AP just sent me a PM requesting mod status again. Did we come to any decision about activeness vs. number of mods, etc?

I really don't think it's necessary - we've got more than enough mods already. And I still find it a bit strange to be asking explicitly for mod status.
