Houston, we have a problem. We are planning on having the tournament at the library because its free. I called to reserve it and it is booked for that date. So, the day the library is avalible is June 12. Plese tell me if you can make it then.

yeah, wouldn't work for me either. i would be graduating the next day. however, if it is on the 6th, there is a chance (maybe small) that i'd be on a road trip only a few hours away. i'd really like to come, but i'll have to see as we get closer to the day.

 I talked to my youth pastor. He said he is not sure if the church charges to use our youth building. I have to find out. If they don't, we might be able to do it on the 6th

why not just do it in when of your homes? how many peoples are we talking about?

I run 8-man drafts CONSTANTLY, which usuall amass around 12 or so people what with judge, staff, etc, and I don't think it's a problem AT ALL. What issues would your mom have?

I run 8-man draft SANCTIONED tournaments. We need a tournament organizer and a Judge, at least. That`s, like, 10 people. We usually have other people around, for coverage and stuff (mainly to hang out, but they DO make a coverage every now and then... ).
