War Preparations
Destructive Orc -> There are no  [Orc] artifacts, right?
You gave away your life's grace. I cannot protect you anymore.

incredible, like shelob, menace....yesterday I first rec. that it has the same pic. like shelob, last child of ungoliant. INCREDIBLE are these guys completely unable to do their job? I mean you can take so much awesome pics from shelob in the movies and then they take the same, cuz otherwise they had to make one more mouseclick and NO WAY, would be too exhausting. GRRR lame.

I would almost agree. Except, Vroengard, an 8 yr old child would have had things like 'Teddy Bear'
Bearer of the Ring. While Teddy Bear is wearing the one ring, nap time does not exist.
One Ring to rule them all.
One Ring to find them.
One Ring to bring them all,
And in the darkness, bind them.

Ok, guys, that's enough Decipher bashing.

Until you've been in their shoes, with the kind of pressure they were under, you cannot say jack * about the quality of the later sets or make unqualified statements like "an 8 year old child would have created this sets better".

This stops NOW.

be cool man, we are not here to understand them or something, I think I have not insulted anyone. I think critical statements are more than necessary.

Hawk, I respect you a lot, and even traded with you which was good, and even I do understand  your love for D, you must agree that they made a lot of mistakes and errors durng the last sets. If you're not able to maintain a game, quit and keep the honor to yourself. If you want to keep it up, make sure you do it in a good way.....

Do you all understand that they had 1 - Uno - One - a singular person designing not just LotR, but Star Trek as well? One person, two games, 8-10 sets over the last year or two.

They couldn't have just not made the last sets, they were obligated to New Line and Tolkien, and were in dire straits when it came to cash flow. These sets had to be made one way or another, so just be glad Decipher didn't close up shop when times got tough.

I understand that there are quite a few cards that either don't make sense, or are overpowered, or are underpowered. The same could be said for anything ANY of you created if you a) also had to design another game at the same time, b) didn't listen to your (extremely few and far between) playtesters, and c) had to do it ALL BY YOURSELF.

There has been more than enough bashing of Decipher on these boards. If any of you want to continue, you can take it elsewhere.
