Can't connect to play Lotr

I can't seem to get GCCG to run on my computer, I installed everything and it went fine, when I open the game it tries to connect and fails:

"Connecting to gccg.servebeer.com port 29120

Connection Failed

Working Offline"

I tried running update everything and reinstalling gccg, neither worked. Any suggestions?
