They probably can't sue YOU, chompers. They might, however, sue the owner of the site, whose personal information is registered with the domain name (as is required of all domain names). Said owner has a wife and children and has no interest in having his life ruined by a legal tangle related to a card game.

Hey mod team! I might be away intermittently as life catches up on me, but I just wanted to remind you that amidst the formation of a PC (which I am glad to hear about, btw), I need to still put a hold on graphical dream cards.

I've wondered if perhaps there is a way around it -- posting cards on individual photobucket/etc. accounts, but...  Hrrrrrmmmph.

Well, as far as I'm concerned legal-wise, posting graphical DCs on THEIR own accounts wouldn't make you liable for it, but I'll keep a close watch on the PC Forum to ensure that's the way they take, and also to avoid any tying of such work to yourself or TLHH.

So this is mainly addressed to TJ, but I wanted to post in a thread vs. PM's.

Is Decipher (i.e. Warren) now aware of the existence of this site? If so, are they OK with the use of card images? This is the real issue to me, since even if we don't make virtual cards, they may not be pleased with a large cache of images being hosted here. I'd like to say that since their own LotR database is gone, it's fair, but...
