Do you know what you get if you have someone who looks good but can't act?
 Jessica Alba as Invisible Woman.

That is what I'm trying to avoid.

But Jessica is what you call: a big piece of eyecandy!, where as Famke is a classic beauty. And again, I know what you mean!

You are right. I actually am not particularly attracted to Alba; however, I find Janssen to be quite beautiful.

Could you post a better pic of Beast? That one looks like a cat... he really ought to look more like a gorilla :)

Anyway, for Beast I'd say maybe John Rhys Davies? Not quite perfect, but the best I can think of off the top of my head....

How about Vinnie Jones or Vin Diesel for Bisshop?

Beast's continuing mutations have given him a feline look in comics. One of the things that make his character so interesting is that he struggles to keep a grip on his humanity sometimes. That us the Beast I am going for.

Maybe as Jean Grey Tami Farrel? http://www.imdb.com/media/rm2853998080/nm1435348

BTW, I pick on appearance, not acting qualities.

Jubilation Lee (Jubilee): http://www.imdb.com/media/rm1527156224/nm3632657?

Vinnie Jones played Juggernaut already. I wouldn't be averse to him reprising the role, but I am not a huge Juggernaut fan anyways.

I like Tami Farrel as Jean Grey a bit, but (and this is going to sound absurd) she may be too pretty for the role. Grey must be classically beautiful and jealous of Emma Frost's fake-y beauty.

I don't know where you heard of Reena Franquelli, but she would be an interesting Jubilee. My sister recommended Brenda Song who fits the Asian-American bill a little bit better...but I am now going to think of a role for Franquelli in the Marvel Universe.

Edit: On record, I am not a fan of Jubilee having more than a bit part.

Erik King for Bishop. If you have ever watched Dexter, you know he's a badass.

What about Kate Mara as Jean Grey? She fits my "less pretty than Charlize Theron" stipulation but is still very attractive. Here's another.

Also, she has connections to the New York Giants, so Antonio Pierce can sit down!

I went to see the Fresh Faces Gallery on IMDB, new young actors, which are in right age I guess for your casting :D

Damian Lewis for Banshee. He's ginger and fits the age range. Good enough for me.

I suppose we are going to direct the movie our selves? The more people, or companies involved, less cash there will be for us.....

Haha...well, there are a few reasons I am running this exercise, and none of them are "I am directing a Marvel Movie."

Edit: I never really had a problem with Daniel Cudmore as Colossus, so he can stay until someone points out someone better. Get Cudmore a more realistic (or at least, better) Russian accent and he's good to go.

It is hard to tell how tall you are standing around children; however, if you can pull off speaking English with a Russian accent and you are over 6 foot 5 (it looks to be the case), then sure. Oh, also if you don't mind turning down a kiss from our Shadowcat!
