Does anyone know if Tranzor Z (English version) was ever released on dvd?
If anyone knows anything about where I could buy or download this from, please let me know.  [-o<

I know they did release Mazinger Z on dvd (original Japanese version).

I am mainly looking for a copy of:

Tranzor Z Movie 1:  A Pilot Is Found, Kid Becomes A Hero. (english)

Muaddib, it's not cheap, but I found this here.

Edit: It is also on Amazon.com...just seach Mazinger Z.

GoG: It's an old 80's anime that I am interested in finding.

Thanks Ket, but maybe I should have been a little more clear. I'm not looking for Mazinger Z, it's in Japenese.

I am looking for Tranzor Z. Which is the same show but the later released english version. In particular one Tranzor Z movie titled: A Pilot Is Found, Kid Becomes A Hero.
I'm not sure if it was ever released on dvd though. I would even be interested in VHS if anyone could find it.

I don't know of it being released in English; this set does have the subtitles.

I found out that Tranzor Z was never released on dvd in english, but I know it definately was released on VHS (as I used to have it about 20 years ago :P).

Any help to find a VHS copy of: Tranzor Z movie 1: A Pilot Is Found, kid becomes a hero would much appreciated.

Nah, it's just to watch again.. I have been looking for stuff from my childhood and this one is proving elusive.

I don't think you are stupid what so ever, so this might look stupid, but I do not intend it to be ;), but if I search the movie on IMDB.com, it doesn't give a match. And as far as I know, it is pretty expanded. Are the subtitles correct?

Turns out, I am. This whole time I have been searching for the wrong title!

What I was actually looking for (which I did find on Amazon) was Tranzor Z: The Mightiest of Machines VHS movie.
