Deck Help

So I just started playing again after about three years away from the game. I play with a small group of friends and all their shadows focus on wounding and I play rohan and elves as my fellowships which both have a hard time dealing with wounds b/c I don't have any good healing cards for them. What are some good healing cards for Rohan and Elven Archery?

I love I Am Here.

Might of Numenor with a Ring-Bearer is easy. Rohirrim Shield to heal, Rohirrim Helm to prevent.

Nenya, Ring of Adamant, A Gray Ship, and Elrond, Venerable Lord work for .

Citadel to Gate, Hard Choice, and Have Patience are splash healing events.
