He will be very lucky to get those asking prices. I know the person that bought the 17O2 at that price did so because he's been looking for it for a long time. I will be very suprised if the rest of them sell for that much, but hopefully Hawkeye proves me wrong.

EDIT: Just the prices of the masterworks I mean, the rest of the them seem more reasonable.

I don't know, some of the 18R cards are uber pricey....I don't think Denethor's Sword is worth that much, for example. But ok.

What happens is the card sells for a high price one time, and then everyone wants a fortune when they sell their own.

Agree, I saw Denethor's Sword (foil) going for 10 US$ sometimes, but it's like with guitars:

When you buy a guitar for 1000$, it doesn't mean that this guitar is actually worth 1000$. It just means that somebody was willing to pay 1000$ fr it. But if you find somebody who's willing to pay 2000$ for it, it's 2000$ worth. But if you just find somebody who's willing to pay 500$ for it, it's 500$ worth. So usually, you just have to wait until youfind somebody who's willing to pay so much.
