You're probably right, although it can be brought back twice with
ring of guile. The discard part of the deck is more for annoyance and fodder than anything else (although potentially discarding seventeen cards is pretty decent), the dwarves all get huge when the are set up. Once equipped Durin is 22 strength, Gimli is 18 and
Linnar is 16. Condition and possession removal will of course destroy this but you can't win 'em all hey.
I will add one underground site for the Balrog.
