Explore = accelerate, Into The Roil = removal...ish. Time Warp either into Avenger, or Time Warp/Mind Spring for a free turn + extra cards to give an edge late game.

I'd lose the Jace's Ingenuity for a fourth Jace, he IS that important. I'd also probably cut a Mind Spring and the Titans (or a Titan and 2 Avengers, if the Titan is that good) for 4 maindeck Mana Leaks. Sideboard is obvious, Flashfreeze, possibly Negate, old Jace.

Haha. Did, I accidentally discovered that Jace and Oracle of Mul Daya makes for a sick combo- just put the lands on top of your deck.

I thought it was the deck's cornerstone, PV won a Pro Tour with it recently. Well, a version of it.

Time Warp/Avenger is the win condition.

Yes, but what makes that possible is Oracle+Jace. Jace is more important than Avenger to resolve, at least it's what PV himself said after playing the deck.
