Re: Isengard Regroup Orcs

Okay that makes sense.  But the text from Isengard Builder is a regroup action, and GBHB says that whenever a regroup action says to discard a companion, stack it here.  So I assume that the text here is not repeatable?

Correct, the text of Isengard Builder means to "discard from play" (which is the default meaning of "discard").  When you using his text, you can stack him on GBHB.  However, once Isengard Builder is stacked on GBHB, you cannot use his text again, because he is not longer "in play".
