Discussion #20:

I wanted to clarify how A Shadow Rises and the deceived wizards specifically work when Phial of Galadriel, Starglass is used. This is trying to expand upon the ruling for A Shadow Rises in the CRD. Even though basically everything on those cards is "game text", when the "game text" is used, it adds non-"game text" things like strength, vitality, etc. to the card, which are not removed by Phial of Galadriel, Starglass.

I'd like to get input from others.  Here it goes:

A Shadow Rises
When you make this card a minion, move it out of your support area. When this card is no longer a minion, move it back to your support area.
If a character bearing Phial of Galadriel, Starglass is skirmishing A Shadow Rises and discards the Phial of Galadriel, Starglass, A Shadow Rises is still a minion that has 10 strength and 3 vitality and is still a condition, but loses "Fierce", and can bear other cards. If A Shadow Rises bears cards when its maneuver special ability is used, those cards are discarded.

Alatar Deceived
When you make this card a minion, move it out of your support area. When this card is no longer a minion, move it back to your support area.
If a character bearing Phial of Galadriel, Starglass is skirmishing Alatar Deceived and discards the Phial of Galadriel, Starglass, Alatar Deceived is still an Wizard minion that has 11 strength and 1 vitality and is still a condition, but loses "Fierce" and "Damage +1", and can take wounds and bear other cards. If Alatar Deceived bears cards when it becomes a Wizard, those cards are discarded.

Pallando Deceived
When you make this card a minion, move it out of your support area. When this card is no longer a minion, move it back to your support area.
If a character bearing Phial of Galadriel, Starglass is skirmishing Pallando Deceived and discards the Phial of Galadriel, Starglass, Pallando Deceived is still an Wizard minion that has 10 strength and 1 vitality and is still a condition, but loses "Fierce", and can take wounds and bear other cards. If Pallando Deceived bears cards when it becomes a Wizard, those cards are discarded.

Radagast Deceived
When you make this card a minion, move it out of your support area. When this card is no longer a minion, move it back to your support area.
If a character bearing Phial of Galadriel, Starglass is skirmishing Radagast Deceived and discards the Phial of Galadriel, Starglass, Radagast Deceived is still an Wizard minion that has 12 strength and 1 vitality and is still a condition, but loses "Fierce", and can take wounds and bear other cards. If Radagast Deceived bears cards when it becomes a Wizard, those cards are discarded.
