Okay here's how it works when you get a mouth of sauron, exert him to get pavise, then exert him 3 more times to pull, in order, Long Battle Bow, Howdah And Caravan From The South, boom, 4 tokens on Howdah and an archer minion for 9 twilight (less if the free peoples has possessions)

Please explain how you have 4 tokens on Howdah while having only one minion out (and even that one nas to equip the bow to be a archer). Or did I get something wrong?
