Dude, honestly, I'm not the only person who has noticed. Kralik, MuadDib, hrcho, Mr. Lurtzy, itjunkie, Yanko Markovic...people have all brought it up. It's an invitation to add something of value to the community, not to up your post count while simultaneously adding nothing to the conversation.

I may be a #$&*@!, but I'm fairly certain that I've paid my dues and have added quite a bit to this site. You haven't earned the right to talk #$&*@!.
