2x Ring of Rancor
2x Ring of Asperity
3x His Terrible Servants
2x The Pale Blade
4x Fell Beast
4x Ulaire Enquea, Lieutenant of Morgul
2x Ulaire Nertea, Dark Horseman
3x Nazgul Sword
4x Lost in the Woods

S: Caras Galadhon
S: Flats of Rohan
S: Trollshaw Forest
S: Crossroads of the Fallen Kings
S: Fords of Isen
S: East Road
S: Woody-End
S: Mere of Dead Faces
S: Helm's Gate

Freeps: Don't go first!  That's important as you get to keep all your sites to help buff your Shadow side.  Play as many buffs on your comp's as possible.  Use Aragorn's bow to smack every swarm minion with one vitality that you can.  Use Nice Fish to help heal Smeagol after exerting him to remove pool.  If I really get swarmed then I use Elendil's Valor to make Aragorn defender +1.

Shadow:  I've used it before.

I'd say add more rivers and forests and use a few A Ranger's Versatility

I have 6 forest/river sites and I couldn't find any others that had good game text.  I may have not looked hard enough though, but when would I use that card?  The only place I can think of is against tank decks when the opponent has seriously high vitality.

Just out of curiosity: have you ever played even one match with the decks you submitted here?

If you're that worried about playing the right sites for your shadow, why not use One Good Turn Deserves Another, Follow Smeagol, Well-Traveled, or Pathfinder?  This would give you the sites for the shadow and to be able to use Safe Passage more consistently.

Most decks I don't get to play with, they're just ideas.  Well-Traveled and Follow Smeagol won't work to well as Aragorn's is going to be exerted by his bow a lot, and Smeagol by Safe Passage.  And if I go second my sites will be dominate one way or the other.  I'd rather use There's Another Way as it also buffs my Smeagol.

I thought so... Your shadow would cycle terribly (without the Fell Beasts, it would be really really awkward). Try to play less of the unique buffs, and more minions. Toldea, Messenger of Dol Guldur would fit perfectly into your deck for example, some Lingering Shadow would also help you cycle faster (Lingering Shadow + Dark Fell About Him is really scary btw, especially that you run Saruman, SOS). I would go with 3 saruman, 2 Pale Blade, 4 Fell Beast, 4 rings at max (maybe one from each, except for Ring of Ire), and 0 nazzy sword, 0 Lost in the Woods and maybe a Black Flail. I found that choke decks are the better the smaller they are...

How does Lingering Shadow help cycle?  It would be really helpful to know as I'm always getting comments like this and I don't understand how it helps.

you have a lot of possesions/artifacts, which are generally harder to play on shadow, and Lingering Shadow is a non-unique condition with no spotting requirement

Oh I see.  And I usually like having a small deck but I can never seem to figure out which cards I should scrap.

I would suggest getting Aragorn, well traveled guide, and scrapping the gollum cards. Also, use The Great Ring. This is much more of a choke deck.

Check the gorn defender decks I've submitted in casual and movie format. There is a gorn and frodo deck and a gorn and faramir deck. "Rules" for gorn defender decks are different than most fellowship decks. ;) The hardest part of these kinds of decks are condition discarding and cycling.
