Alright I ran 2 miles this morning and it took just 20 minutes so not that bad I guess. I am exhausted right now tho.

Ice your legs or you won't want to go running tomorrow!

I woke up at 4 or so this morning and put in about four miles. I just got new running shoes (Brooks Trance) and 100% endorse them.

Yeah my feet are big and I need new shoes. At the moment I am wearing size 13's but there pretty tight now. So 14-15's will work way better. And thanks for the advice.

As much as I would like to list all the stuff I want to do, I am not going to. I don't know, if anyone had the same experience, but everytime I make a to-do-list, I end up doing next to nothing on it. Instead, if I simply do something useful without making any plans before-hand, I end accomplishing much, much more.

So, I wish all of us that we accomplish what we set out to do this summer :)

@ket: if you are ever in the VA, hit me up. i know a few spots on the rivers, and there is always the bay and the ocean. ponds are getting harder and harder to come by. they are almost all privately owned, and closed to the public.

lol, i got you confused and thought you lived in Ohio or something. that must be hawkeye. fairfax IS one of the wealthiest counties in the country. that and orange county CA. so i can see why you have a well paying job up there. i guess there are benefits to living in the clutches of the Iron Triangle. :up:

no, i mean, i live near the 'burg, so its like, only an hour or 2 away. heck, if you also play guitar, and stuff, you should hit up the streets. i'm usually playing in downtown fredericksburg on the first friday of the month. when all the art galleries are open and have their new stuff out.

My goals are:
- Leading my wife and myself through the delivery of our first son...35 weeks and counting.....
- Being best dad ever...sorry Hrcho and others, I have to set high standards
- Placing a new roof on top of our house....
- Organising the youthministry in our local church
