i saw Planet of the Apes. It was alright. Definately not the best movie.... some stupid unrealistic parts. But great idea. entertaining for sure.

District 9, nice choice Gil-Estel. I would expect someone like you to appreciate that one.

I just watched Red Cliff, because I love Chinese history, and it is epic. Battle scenes were good, but a bit poorly cut together.

I watched the first Tron recently, and it makes the new one much more amusing, specially the inside jokes. Really cool.

Stay away from the other parts of the Matrix. Better to be left in a sense of wondering what will/could happen than to see how it has been filled in by the other 2 parts.....

I liked the other parts of the Bourne series as well

Finished Firefly/Serenity.  Going through 'Samurai Champloo' right now.  The BBC's 'Sherlock' series is next in line. 

Also just saw 'Drive' which I thought was fantastic, but it's pretty art-house, so fair warning.

i just watched firefly also. i thought that the characters were amazing. as a whole, the show was fine, nothing ever really resolved though, because it only aired for 1 season.
