Need good searching and filtering program for deck building

I'm looking for the program with the best filtering and searching abilities when it comes to deck building. I don't care about seeing card pictures or not, I just want to search through text.

I used to like SdA but I can't find any links from where do download it from. If someone could provide me one, that would be fine.
