Wait time after a player leaves on GEMP

So currently on GEMP, when a player leaves a game, the other player must wait 15 minutes before he can be rewarded a win. Do you think this time limit is OK or should we change it?

I believe the current time limit is more like 10 minutes, not 15. I think that's appropriate. Particularly since, if you truly believe your opponent is gone for good, there is no longer anything preventing you from going ahead and starting a new game with somebody. Just leave the old game open until you get the win.

It should be 10 minutes for league games, but maybe drop it to 5 for casual games.

Having the ability to play multiple games now does help, but that sort of thing is very difficult to do if you're playing on an iPad or something.

Speaking from personal experience, 5 minutes is not long enough to recover from a legitimate connection failure. That is the purpose of the 10 minute window.

Exactly this. Especially since you can multigame you can play another and leave the game to timeout.
