Crouched Down seems to be bugged. See following replay at site 5. Frodo with resistance 9 is skirmishing strength 8 Uruk. Crouched Down is played. No other modifications to either stat. It seemed to me (and my opponent) that the skirmish should have been cancelled, but it wasn't.
