Well, it seems like you are almost starting to even out on foils, even if
Easterling Polearm (foil) is the only one from your recent lot worth anything.
I guess
Uruk-Hai Band isn't so bad either.
But yeah, I'd say statistical variance over scaling. I don't buy into too many people scaling anymore.
