Best combinations?

Axe of Erebor and Dwarven Heart.
Rest By Blind Night and Dwarven Heart.

Enduring Evil and Orc Officer.

Orc Swordsman with a Vile Blade.

Noble Intentions in a Wraith deck that runs a Frodo Ring-Bearer.

Theoden, Tall and Proud, I Am Here, and Hard Choice (optional) in a Theoden signet deck (presumably with Aragorn, Needer of Many Showers.

Galadriel, Bearer of Wisdom with The One Ring, Answer to All Riddles, Elven Bow, The Splendor of Their Banners, Nenya, Ring of Adamant.

I'll think of more later.
