At the start of the turn, if the fellowship is at a sanctuary, you may heal up to 2 wounds from companions.
Fellowship: Exert Elrond to discard a shadow card borne by a companion.
"By the skills of Lord Elrond, you're beginning to mend."

So seven total wounds at sanctuaries...that's pretty awesome. The second ability isn't slouchy either (but I think it should be exert twice, frankly). Either way, I think that guy becomes the Elrond.

Not to be a grammar Nazi, but while "recopied" is a word, it is quite redundant. Also, there is a card No Rest For the Weary.

Keep in mind that all of these cards are basically making the already powerful culture better. I know it is fun to dream up cards of one culture, but I'd like to see a new version of A Royal Welcome or something to balance out a set.
