When you play this event, you may spot a minion to add . Spot 3 burdens and a wizard to make that wizard unable to be assigned to a skirmish until the regroup phase. That wizard may exert to prevent this.

I have to be honest, I am not really a fan of any of these. Most of them are terribly complex or convoluted. Or have poor balance. I use "Temptation" as an example.

Let's say you pay and spot three burdens and prevent a wizard from being assigned. He can just exert to prevent? Well that was a fantastic way to waste . I would've rather played minions than that. It almost reminds me of Beauty Is Fading in terms of having minimal application.

It's just ideas. I'm totally fine with cross-cultural support, but look at the cards that exist: Hate and Anger, News From Mordor, etc. Really simple cards with limited application.
