Gametext, gametext, gametext.

I think we can agree that Gandalf, Manager of Wizards has about as much text as can be fitted on a card on there (there is probably room for one more line, so take that into account when I show you this):

Skirmish: Place 3 cards from hand on top of your draw deck to make a minion skirmishing an unbound companion strength -3. Any Shadow player may place 3 cards from his or her hand on top of his or her draw deck to prevent this. of his or her draw deck to prevent this.

I added the last line again to present the actual space a card would allow.

Not very close...let's see if we can't trim that down.
