Yes, for example, Nertea, Dark Horseman says the Free Peoples player cannot assign while Demon Of Might says can't assign period.

So this Deck is even stronger than I thought, cus' it's main weakness is'nt too hard, and as this is Standard, you won't see any Durin's Bane in here.

With Steward's Tomb wounds cannot be healed at a sanctuary??

Nope. And if you are cruel and your oppoent's ahead, during regroup grab Steward's Tomb, don't double move and let your opponent move there. If you then have a Travelled Leader, you can play a "good" site like Mithlond or Imladris to move there yourself. And tadaa! your opponent didn't heal while you got a Bonus! Semms weird, but that's Standard.
